We understand that receiving your swimsuit from Mermaid Me is an exceptionally exciting event. We love all the photos and videos you send to us of your happy mermaids! You are more than welcome to send me pictures or load them on our Facebook Page. Please read the terms and conditions below to avoid any confusion when purchasing a Mermaid Me swimsuit.

We Promise Quick Order Processing:
If we say that the item you wish to purchase is in stock then, within 24 hours of placing your order your package will be on its way to you (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We Promise Quality Products:
We pride ourselves on our high quality Mermaid Me swimsuits, it is what sets us apart from other manufacturers of tails. In the rare event that there is manufacturing defect, we will either replace or repair the item. Please note that Mermaid Me does not take responsibility for wear and tear of your tails and fins. Due to the fact that all swimming pool surfaces are different please be careful not to tear your tail. Another tip is not to drag or jump on your fins. Should you break the insert of your fin we do sell the replacements separately.

We respect and are appreciative of our customers (you make our business possible), and ask that customers offer the same courtesies to us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you simply not be happy with the product and would like to request a return – the products can not have been worn and can not have touched water. Once your return has reached us and we have reviewed the garment your refund will be processed. Warranty refunds are for product defects only and do not include shipping charges. Please remember that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges in returning the item to us.
Please note that returns will not be considered unless all parts of the unit are returned.
